Boiled Corned Beef  with
Horseradish Sauce or Apple Glaze

Boiled Cabbage Wedges 

Buttered Carrots with Fresh Chives

Potatoes with Butter and Parsley
("I like cooked parsnips, too, but my family doesn’t.")

("This bread gets hard quickly, so don't let it stand around long.")

Coffee, Tea, or Irish Coffee
("Some might have a beer with their meal.")
