Three - Bean Salad
Makes 8 or 10 servingsDressing Ingredients:
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Dash garlic powder
1 (16-oz) can cut green beans, drained
1 (16-oz) can cut wax (yellow) beans, drained or chick peas, drained
1 (16-oz) can red kidney beans, drained
1/4 cup sliced green onions
- In a large bowl, whisk together all of the dressing ingredients.
- Add the beans and onions; toss well.
- Cover and chill for at least 3 hours (or overnight), stirring occasionally.
- Before serving, transfer Bean Salad to a lettuce-lined salad bowl.
